CALL IT!!!!
All Arkansas dog
breeders must apply and have an Arkansas TAX USERS Permit ID number.
If you are an Arkansas resident or YOU are OF STATE RESIDENT doing Local PICKUP.
I must charge 2.65% county sales tax plus6% State sales tax.
If I deliver in ARKANSAS there will be a State tax,county tax of where I deliver
plus city tax for where I deliver.
